Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by JV FIRESTOP in collecting delinquent amounts, if any, including reasonable attorney's fees.

Freight: All sales are F.O.B. Shipping Point with transportation allowed via JV FIRESTOP designated mode. Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery, special handling requirements, and orders under certain limits.

Return Policy: Product may be returned to JV FIRESTOP by the original purchaser only. It should be not dated product returned more than 30 days after the original delivery date; not discontinued, clearance or special order product.

All returns must be authorized by JV FIRESTOP and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returned items must be in current packaging and in good saleable condition.

Limited Warranty: Buyer assumes all risks of use, handling and storage of product not in strict accordance with label directions. Liability for any incidental or consequential damage or loss is specifically excluded at all times. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular use is excluded. Seller will not accept liability for more than product replacement.
